EJF welcomes Moya Stevenson from Swiss Re as new Chairwoman from July 2020 onwards

Moya Stevenson is currently Global Senior Claims Counsel within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. Her career at a broker and re/insurer has brought her in contact with various forms of dispute resolution worldwide including litigation arbitration and mediation. Her experience, approach and esteem will make a valuable contribution to the work EJF is doing.

She describes her mandate as "Considering and learning from different legal regimes as well as good practices, should enable consumers and business alike to build that fair and effective civil justice system that we all need and deserve. EJF is committed to finding that balance, through research and dialogue".

We are looking forward to developing EJF further under her leadership.
